Senior Technical Developer, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Jersey City, NJ:
Create architecture and design documents for the proposed technical solution for various business requirements. Develop solutions and perform data analysis for business requirements following organization coding standards and architecture principles. Review high level design documents to confirm IT solutions confirm with architecture principles. Research various business concepts related to Capital Markets operations. Participate in meetings with business leads and SME to understand business requirements. Create packages for application releases and support deployment on non-production and production environments. Ensure application releases meet compliance and audit requirements. Participate in Disaster Recovery Testing of applications on the Server. Assess and determine technology upgrades for greater stability and performance.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
- J2EE, Python and Unix Shell;
- Datalake, Oracle, SQL Server, and SYBASE;
- Angular JS, ReactJS, HTML 5 and Javascript; and
- Tomcat, Linux and Unix.
Must also have 1 year of experience in the following:
- Alfresco, Docker, and Kubernetes.
