A Design Engineer's essential responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Structural design of precast/prestressed concrete products and connections for large commercial buildings such as stadiums/arenas, parking garages, dormitories, apartments
• Checking of drawings, coordination with clients, architects, other engineers, general contractors
• Working as part of a project team to provide deliverables and meet deadlines while providing quality control/ quality assurance to ensure these deliverables are on-time and of a high quality
• Maintaining internal team needs as well as external client relationships.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, with Structural coursework from ABET accredited university
• EIT certification required upon hire
• Personal drive, be highly motivated
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering successful project outcomes
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential for the success of this position
• Competency in AutoCAD, Revit
