THE OPPORTUNITY

The BSN SPORTS OKC Production/Warehouse team is looking for a MTS (My Team Shop) Pick and Pack Specialist.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

As a member of the Production/Warehouse team, the MTS Packer Specialist is a critical piece of our distribution team and is responsible for packing orders accurately and quickly to ensure our customers receive the correct order on time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO ON A DAILY BASIS:

• Responsible for packing orders accurately and quickly
• Reading packing slips, folding clothes, organizing clothes by size, color, and sku.
• Neatly packing orders in bags/boxes to ship
• Maintain and clean, organized, and safe working environment.

WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Great attention to detail with focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Great attitude and coachability
• Ability to problem solve
• Must be able to read/speak English is a must
• Basic computer skills are a must

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION

• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• 1-2 years of previous packing experience is a bonus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
