The Guidance Center is looking for champions to work with an energetic and innovative team in community behavioral health within the Fort Smith, AR School District.

Duties: Provide professional clinical assessments and diagnosis of individuals displaying acute signs and symptoms of psychological distress in the clinic. Formulate, write, and implement clinical and diagnostic plans related to the needs of the individual. Coordinate appropriate services and interventions in order to stabilize the individual in the least restrictive manner. Work as part of a team to assure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and function optimally in the community.

Requirements: Minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited institution, as well as a current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, LPE-I). Must pass background checks and drug screens.

Salary: Competitive pay based on experience and licensure.

Continuing Education: 6 free live CEUs offered quarterly (24 annually); plus access to free unlimited online/virtual CEUs.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
