Job description

We are looking for an experienced ABA Therapist to join our team and provide individualized therapy to children with autism. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to parents and other professionals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with children of all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients and families.
• Monitor and document client progress.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Educate families on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Develop and implement behavior plans based on ABA principles.
• Utilize data collection methods to track client progress.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
