We have are looking for a Full Time Account Analyst to join our ever-growing company. This position is a salaried position starting at $70,000-$80,000 per year based on experience. The Analyst will work in our clients office in Coraopolis, PA reporting to the Client's Senior Account Manager. THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain specific programs and applications as well as assist in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop strategies to proactively meet/exceed expectations and increase overall revenue; identify and recommend new business opportunities
• Leverage relationships with internal Vendor departments and coordinate their efforts with the DSG teams (SSC Management, Field Management and Stores)
• Evaluate and analyze operational efficiency of program as the “Subject Matter Expert” on Vendor systems and processes
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills used in developing and performing presentations; and maintain a highly polished professional image
• Aid DSG to resolve any billing discrepancies
• Coordinate and facilitate resolution for customer service issues with urgency, working with DSG Customer Service, DSG Store & Select Express Mgmt.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and passion for superior service
• Educate DSG personnel on D&A program (CORE Sessions)

Knowledge/Skill Requirements:

• Proven proficiency in written and oral communication
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proven record of initiative, independence, ability to recognize improvement opportunities and manage multiple tasks
• Strategic business acumen
• Bachelor’s degree
• Retail Operations/Retail experience strongly preferred
• Proficient PowerPoint and Office 365
• Expert in Microsoft Excel
