We are looking for a highly motivated and effective Account Manager to support the onsite operations of BizX Headquarters in Bellevue, Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm PT.
What You’ll Do in This Role:
The Account Manager is responsible for supporting the BizX community and its members. You must be able to increase transaction activity and profitability amongst existing accounts. You will interface with our members at multiple levels (financial, commercial, and management) and must showcase how our offerings will improve their business. You will drive results for yourself and your team.
You will contribute to the corporate vision and positional needs in the following ways:
- Act as a leader in the organization, in the way you think, present yourself, and speak
- Be a business consultant who provides financial solutions, with a demonstrated ability to interact at a peer level with C-level executives
- Analyze member supply and demand within assigned base of accounts to identify needs and prioritize the importance
- Research, assess, and strategically plan for the growth and development of members
- Ability to negotiate complex contracts and promote highly profitable transactions
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of standard business practices and budgeting process of medium to large sized businesses
- Build and maintain an understanding of members’ needs and business structure to ensure satisfaction and community involvement
- Screen and identify member opportunities that fit the company’s purpose and mission through efficient pipeline management and member engagement
- Balance both personal workload and supporting team to prioritize member opportunities for maximum growth
- Grow the BizX community through member referral sales
- Act as the face of BizX in the business community by attending industry, member, and community events.

How You’ll Perform:
Your performance will be based on the following criteria, which will be set with your manager:
- Pipeline of large transactions
- Transaction volume growth
- Increase supply of high demand products
- Member contact: phone calls and emails
- Customer retention and reengagement
- Member visits and meetings
- Community presence: attending events
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of equivalent sales or account management experience required
- Post-secondary education preferred; High School diploma or GED required
- Financial services, business-to-business, and/or marketplace sales experience is preferred
