Spring Systems Account Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated account manager, with a team focus.

We offer:

• A base salary, + commission structure. (Base salary commensurate with experience, plus a commission structure.) Earnings should be $60-$80k plus.

We are looking for:

• Two + years of proven experience as an account manager in a IT field.
• A strong history of identifying opportunities to cross sell and upsell.
• Exceptional experiences creating strong client relationships and encouraging long term partnerships.
• Strong teamwork skills. Intercompany relationships are as important as customer relationships.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Understand the position is based in our office, with some remote possibilities.
• Experience working with a CRM and ERP systems a plus.
• Ability to perform online and in-person demos effectively.
