OTS Empire is a growing and expanding firm in the San Jose area. We have worked hard to become successful and to form partnerships with companies in the Telecommunications industry. Our goal for our clients is simple: develop new business and help their business expand into new markets. We have been fortunate enough to sustain these relationships with our clients over the years and with the success of this past year, we are now in need of a bigger team! Our Account Management team is an integral part of our ability to foster relationships with the consumers of our clients which is how we generate new business for them. We are currently seeking a forward thinking, people oriented individual to join our team as the Account Manager Trainee.

Responsibilities of the Account Manager Trainee Include:

  • Maintain a student mentality while training alongside seasoned Customer Service Representatives in order to grasp the basics of the role
  • Master all client product knowledge in order to be able to answer any consumer inquiries and recommend any products and or services that may fit their needs
  • Handle each customer interaction with the utmost professionalism while also following compliance guidelines
  • Close sales with select consumers and ensure that they are fully educated on all product and service benefits
  • Maintain open lines of communication with leadership and management as well as other Account Manager Trainees.
  • Participate in leadership development and assist in training newer Customer Service Associates.
  • Contribute any thoughts and ideas during daily team meetings on how to improve processes and interactions with client consumers

Requirements of the Account Manager Trainee:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or other business related fields of study
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in customer service or other consumer-facing fields
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively across all levels
  • Must have a student mentality in order to receive continued training and development
  • Must be a self-starter and be driven to succeed beyond the entry level role of the Customer Service Representative
  • Must be people-oriented and have a genuinely positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
