Core Responsibilities of our Manager Trainee include:

• Educate, present, and complete the sales process directly with qualified customers, based on their individualized needs and preferences
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular contact with them during the sales process to drive sales goals and customer retention
• Recognize and recommend any additional products or services that align with customer needs while utilizing the opportunities for cross-selling
• Accurately collect and enter all customer information into our CRM software and ensure quality control and all compliance procedures are followed
• Monitor and educate yourself on any changes in products and/or services as well as market trends in the territory to ensure ultimate success
• Dissect market trends and opportunities for customers through analytics and daily reporting data
• Collaborate with other entry-level team members as well as upper management to conceive new and innovative solutions to solve your accounts’ business needs

Skillset Required for our Manager Trainee position:

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent strongly preferred
• Adaptability and efficiency in building relationships
• Innate problem-solving and resolution skills
• Extreme discipline to finish all daily responsibilities and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task while working with other internal and external parties
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to work under pressure independently and as a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,500.00 - $45,500.00 per year
