Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States with the exception of California
Summary:
To provide assistance in compiling internal financial statements, management reports, third party cost reports, reconciles balance sheet accounts and maintains subsidiary ledgers.
Responsibilities:
• Learn basic job responsibilities of others in Dept. to be able to provide assistance or insights. • Work with D.L. and Senior Managers to research and resolve issues relating to monthly financials • Assists Department Leader with data necessary for departmental performance review. • Timely preparation of journal entries and reconciliations to meet month end closing calendar. • Properly maintains data for entry into Fixed Asset Ledger and reconciles to General Ledger. • Reviews expense accounts to assure proper accounting and accuracy of financial statements. • Maintains positive communications and interactions with other departments.
