Job description
We are seeking an Accounting Clerk for our client in Century City! This role is fully onsite. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills.

Pay range: $25-$28/hr.

Essential Duties:
  • Daily writing & set-up of Purchase Orders
  • Review & Editing Accounts Payable data
  • Accurately preparing and maintaining accounting documents & records
  • Scanning & Filing payroll & accounts payable files
  • Vendor set-up requests
  • Vendor follow-ups & phone inquiries
Qualifications:
  • Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Familiarity with basic accounting procedures
  • Good communication skills
  • Degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
  • JD Edwards experience is a plus
