Job description

Drake Software, a corporation that has been in existence for 45 years, is looking for a Part-Time, Seasonal Accounting Customer Service Representative.

The job will focus mainly on basic accounting and secretarial tasks. It will be a seasonal position that will entail working 30-35 hours a week, including Saturdays, during the months of December through March.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Saturday from 11:00am to 4:00pm.

The Accounting Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:

• Customer support for software purchases and other accounting related issues
• Opening, sorting and scanning mail
• Managing faxed documents
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Partner with other departments to meet and exceed customer's service expectations

Other duties may be assigned based on workload.

Attributes:

The successful candidate requires the following attributes:

• Knowledge of accounting systems and functions
• Detail-oriented, team player with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Computer literacy required, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong customer orientation
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
