Summary:

To manage and direct the work of the accounting function for the organization including all of the companys confidential records, financials, forecasts, and owners information. Directs the work and supervises a staff of 6, including A/P, A/R, Payroll and Recetion. This role requieres a professional of the utmost discretion who knows how to handle sensitive information with accuracy and confidetiality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include regular attendance andd the following.

1. Monitos/prepates monthly financial and accounting reports after CPA's review.

a. Prepares financial summaries, including revenue in/outs, collections, trends repor and analysis. Reviews with principals on a Monthly basis.

b. Maintains Monthly schedule of Debt/Major purchases (loans, credit cards, fleets, and leases). Reports activity on a quarterly unless identifies an urgency/unusual market condition for reviewing reports earlier.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

-College education and or undergraduate degree in an accounting disclipne, or administration.

-Minium of 5 years of experince working for a construction contractor, including government billing.

-Proficient use of software applications such as MS Outlook, word, excel, access and SAGE 100

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
