Nobis Rehabilitation Partners, based in Allen, Texas, was founded in 2018. Nobis brings together hospitals, developers, and investment partners to develop, operate, and manage inpatient rehabilitation hospitals throughout the United States.

Under the administrative direction of the Corporate Controller, the Accounts Payable Representative, compiles and reviews accounts payable documents and prepares for processing; inputs all invoice information; expedites special request checks; responds to employee and vendor inquiries and prepares and maintains accounts payable records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years' experience as an accounts payable processor, preferably for a hospital or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for payment
• Maintains Accounts Payable records and reports
• Review invoices for proper approval for payment. Will perform GL coding of invoices and inquire with Staff Accountants or Controller is coding clarification is needed
• Work out discrepancies related with 3-way match regarding medical supplies inventory items in WellSky
• Enter in invoices into WellSky for payment once a properly invoice is received
• Responds to employee and vendor inquiries
• Assist in the process of refund checks to payors
• Assist in the process of weekly AP check runs to ensure payments are issued timely. Additionally will assist when special check request as needed
• Assist in obtaining any required documentation for new vendor setup
• Assist Control in the process of annual 1099s filings
• Process EFT/Manual payments in Accounts Payable to ensure cash is properly stated
