Job Duties Include:

• Record client payments to open invoices accurately and timely
• Coordinate collection of all unpaid invoices with the respective client
• Perform research to determine the collectability of unpaid invoices and related accounting treatment
• Answer client questions regarding invoices as needed
• Must be a team player, self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced processing environment

Education/Training/Experience:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Must be proficient with 10-key
• Minimum typing requirement of 40 wpm
