The Pines Rehabilitation & Health Center is a 60 Bed SNF/NF facility that provides Quality and Compassionate Resident Centered Care to the residents we serve. We're located in Beautiful Lyndonville, VT. We are currently accepting applications for a Full Time Activities Director.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing an activities program that is both diverse and applicable to residents' needs and varying levels of cognition.
- Conducting assessments, evaluations, and creating care plans based on the resident's physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
- Determining individual interests and expectations regarding leisure time.
- Overseeing activities budget and PPD.
- Purchasing or leasing supplies for all activities.
- Hiring, training, directing and monitoring the work of Activities Assistants.
- Occasional weekend and holiday work is required.
Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications
- 2 years of Health Care or Activity experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
