Overview:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Admin/Sales Associate (80% sales / 20% administrative) for Griffin Remedy. This role involves providing administrative support to our accounting manager and sales team, as well as printing online orders and providing customer service to online customers.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in processing and fulfilling online orders accurately and efficiently
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities
• Contact potential or existing customers to let them know about our products
• Provide personalized recommendations and excellent service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant coursework preferred
• Prior experience in a customer service, administrative, or retail role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
