Position is based at our HQ Farm Facility in Milford, NJ. This is not a hybrid work from home role, it is 100% in office.

Overview of Role

• Ability to manage high call volume in a fun & fast paced environment
• Highly organized individual with ability to multitask
• Good verbal & written communication skills are a must
• Composed demeanor even during the busiest of times
• Takes pride in accomplishing tasks & projects in a timely manner
• Comfortable managing and maintaining Service Team Member virtual calendars
• Use CRM for data entry and creating reports; comfortable using computers and navigating different programs
• Book customers for service appointments based off specific criteria
• Communicate with the team who are working in the field regarding questions and invoicing throughout the day; enjoy being a team player!
• Follow up with customers, on a daily basis, to receive payment for completed job

Required Skills

• Ability to handle incoming correspondence from customers, suppliers, or partners in a timely, professional and friendly manner, and to maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers, guests, and other employees
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable in a sales environment
• Being resourceful in getting tasks done through multi-tasking and creative thinking skills
• Detail-oriented to catch potential typos and grammatical errors. Having an eye for detail helps with data entry tasks and reporting to ensure the work is accurate and trustworthy
• Possess a high level of comfort using computer based applications including, but not limited to: Google Sheets, Google Docs and QuickBooks
