ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to:
- Assists IMA’s Administrative Contracts Manager with carrier contract administration
- Prepare applications for agency and individual carrier and broker appointments
- Perform follow-up and ongoing maintenance of broker qualification database
- Become proficient in all agency management systems, and other technology tools
- Perform special projects as needed, such as due diligence updates for wholesalers, intermediaries, and vendors
- With minimal guidance, provides licensing support for the Licensing Director, including coordinating various projects to streamline all aspects of the licensing process and requirements
- Performs functions of the role within an IMA office 50 - 75% of the time
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: include but are not limited to:
- 4 year college degree preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize
- Detail oriented
- Analytical
- Self-starter
- Flexible and adaptable
- Proficient in Microsoft products, willing and able to learn other technology tools
- Oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

- Trustworthy, especially as it relates to maintaining the confidentiality of information
