Summit Home Care is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be motivated, organized, detail-oriented & efficient. Customer service and communication skills are extremely vital for this role. This candidate must be proficient in computer skills and ability to operate multiple programs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering telephones and transferring calls to the appropriate extension
- Answering client inquiries both via phone and email
- Creating, storing, organizing, and maintaining files
- Preparing files and submitting them to the appropriate divisions/departments
- Handle administrative requests from the multiple directors
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Must speak fluent English
- Must be able to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and general computer literacy
- Experience with HHA Exchange a plus
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a positive personal and professional image
- Ability to handle stressful situations with poise, understanding, and tact
