SUMMARY:

As an Administer Assistant, you will be working with various departments resolving internal issues throughout the operations. This role will work closely with the clients. You will be asked to process orders, modifications and escalate complaints. To do well in this role you will need a level of complete calmness when customers are frustrated. You must posses a strong understanding and experience with computers.

This position has direct responsibility to ensure that all work activities under its span of control are performed with attention to the highest standards of food quality, safe processes, compliance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Assist in managing the customers and onboarding process
  • Set goals and targeted objectives to work on and achieve each week. Monitor this process with careful follow through on each objective. Encourage growth and development in both personal and professional life as a goal.
  • Become an X3 expert, in all phase of the operation
  • Monitor the customer service process for accuracy in data entry and other required duties. Ensure that all work is tracked and completed on time, are accurate and that all works are closed at the end of business.
  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Leverage lean manufacturing techniques and promote continuous improvement to instill standard work discipline across the entire plant
  • Build accountability and engagement with all plant associates by establishing clear expectations, a high degree of cohesionand by harnessing a Team approach
  • Foster and promote partnership relations with key internal/external stakeholders including suppliers, salespeople, key customers,and others as well as thecommunity
  • Support Prepare Meals Sales and new customer onboarding.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm. May vary to earlier shift.

PAY RATE:

$18/hr

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient with all computer applications necessary to complete the job
  • Knowledge of inventory control

Other Qualifications, Experience:

  • Food industry experience is a PLUS
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills required
