Administrative Assistant III: New York Buying Office

The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.

• Supporting VP and 1-2 Market Merchandise Managers
• Responds to internal and external requests. Interfaces with a variety of customers on issues which are of a complex or confidential nature. Involves appropriate associates from other departments or divisions to resolve issues. May be a resource and support to other associates.
• Provides diversified secretarial and administrative support. Composes, types, proofreads, copies and routes memos, correspondence and reports for area. Maintains calendar, daily schedules, and schedules/arranges meetings. Coordinates travel arrangements.
• Sets up, organizes, and maintains office filing system and assists in the development and execution of departmental policies/procedures. May administer departmental computer systems and security access. Orders supplies as necessary.
• Completes special projects as assigned or directed.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• 5 years related experience.
• Strong PC skills and experience with company standard software packages.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills with proven organizational and administrative.
• Bachelor's degree.

Pay range: $26-$31/hour
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
