Quick-paced Freehold NJ office is looking for people to join our team.
Job duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Background/experience working in an insurance and/or financial planning office a plus.
- Computer proficiency required, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Organizational skills a must, with great attention to detail.
- Establishing positive, professional relationships with clients and co-workers.
- Having excellent communication skills and being comfortable working with new and ongoing clients.
- Working with our in-house database to ensure that it is kept accurate and up to date.
- Communicating with companies that we work with and resolving any unforeseen issues.
- Processing paperwork including filling out and submitting applications.
- Researching any application discrepancies for resubmission.
- Preparing for upcoming seminars and being available to attend evening seminars on occasion.
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations.
- Maintaining absolute confidentiality with all client and office information.
