SUMMARY
Within established procedures performs a variety of administrative support functions to greet, assist and provide direction and information to our customers, visitors, other guests and co-workers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff and takes messages or transfers call to voicemail.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks including P21 quotations and order entry.
- Performs UPS/FedEx shipments
- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction for an indefinite period of time.
