Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant Sr. is responsible for providing direct support to executives in the Individual Life and Financial Services Division. This individual will support two executives, manage workloads and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Admin Assistant Sr. works independently with minimal supervision and assists in the implementation of new processes and effectively works with and provides service to internal customers by collaborating with all areas of the organization.
- Act as a liaison between executive, their team and other key business partners keeping everyone connected and informed.
- Ensure strategic alignment and productivity of the executive's time by creating calendar priorities for complex schedules, events, and email responses.
- Proactively prepare executive for deadlines, meetings, and conferences
- Arrange all aspects of meetings and attend meetings to take detailed action items.
Job Requirements
- B.S degree preferred; high school diploma required
- 4+ years of administrative experience
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective interpersonal and listening skills
- Strong personal work ethics with commitment to build creditability and trust
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and tact
- Ability to communicate information in a professional, empathetic, pleasant, accurate, clear and concise manner with an appropriate level of detail
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Salary Band: 03B
This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
