This temporary position is located in Raleigh - Wake County.
Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $20.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).
This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Administration. This position is located at 116 W Jones Street, Raleigh, NC 27603.
Job Duties:
- Scanning, and saving records in a designated SharePoint folder.
- Receives, opens, stamps, and sorts all incoming mail, makes a determination of proper distribution among office staff.
- Separates organizes and mails approximately 500 checks each week, assuring that backup documentation is attached to the check before being mailed.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Works with various Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Provide general support to visitors
- Other administrative duties, as needed.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
