Job Opening Summary
The Administrative Nursing Supervisor coordinates and assists as necessary in continuum of patient care, quality of patient care, team member utilization, productivity, organizational initiatives and other duties as they relate to all services throughout the organization. Acts on behalf of and/or as advocate for hospital administration, team members, physicians, patients, families, visitors and the community at large. Proactively manages and improves system patient flow (throughput). Minimizes barriers and delays that impede or may potentially impede system and facility access. Supports and performs duties collaboratively with, but not limited to, senior management, medical staff, directors, coordinators, managers and other supervisors and team members. Reports and discusses organizational concerns, barriers, morale and/or significant events with appropriate leadership. Supports, enforces and role models Service Excellence standards.

Education:
- Diploma/associate's degree
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current Florida nursing license
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIH Stroke Scale
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:
- Must be able to read, write in, speak and understand English.
