We are looking for a Administrative Support employee to play a key role in furthering our mission in our Human Resources area.
Summary/Objective:
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Administrative Support position will provide clerical and front desk support with overall responsibility to maintain a high level of professionalism in record keeping, answering the telephone, typing and other assigned clerical functions as deemed necessary by the Vice President of Human Resources. Will announce and/or direct visitors as needed. To fulfill mission statement. Provides support to all departments as needed.
Education/Experience:
GED or high school diploma. Must have professional secretarial training and/or experience. Computer experience, one to five years using Microsoft Word, transcription and typing 50 words per minute. Experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, data collection, and data input preferred. Experience with Adobe preferred. Must complete HIPAA training.
