Join Our Team
The Admissions Coordinators role is to guide potential clients and their loved ones through the process of starting the treatment journey. You will be an important part of our team, ensuring that clients admitting are qualified and prepared for treatment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience with admissions role
- Minimum 1 year experience with behavioral health
- Minimum 1 year experience in a administration
Responsibilities
- Provides information to clients and families in order to help them decide about treatment, prepare for admission, and what they can expect to encounter
- Qualifies potential clients according to criteria set forth by the company
- Obtains client information and ensures clinical, medical, and financial criteria are met
- Maintains accurate data and confidentiality in admissions system platforms
- Arranges admission to the program including logistics and case management needs
- Obtain, summarize and analyze trends in order to create admissions reports.
- Accepts new tasks as needed when they arise

- Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, experience with CRM and CCS preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work as part of a team
Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time
