Spartanburg Rehabilitation Institute is seeking a Full Time Admissions Representative to join our team!


At Spartanburg Rehabilitation Institute, our outpatient services are designed to provide rehabilitation services to patients who are no longer required to be in the hospital, but still need physical, occupational and/or speech therapy to help them continue to recover fully. We provide outpatient rehabilitation to people recovering from disabling diseases and injuries, such as those recovering from orthopedic injuries, strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries. In addition, we treat individuals who may have chronic illnesses such as cerebral palsy, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease), multiple sclerosis or Parkinson’s disease.

Nationally Recognized: Our hospital has been ranked in the Top 10% nationally for rehabilitative care and has earned The Joint Commission’s advanced stroke certification.

Qualifications/Skills :

  • One (1) year experience in Hospital Business Office or Hospital Admissions Office setting preferred.
  • OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Qualifications/Skills :

  • Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work closely and professionally with others.

Per Federal Health Care Worker Vaccine Requirements, all employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or be approved for a valid religious or medical exemption. Unvaccinated employees on an approved exemption must submit to weekly COVID-19 testing and wear a respirator at all times while in the facility. Some states and locations require increased frequency testing pursuant to state regulations.
