A growing Outpatient Treatment Facility located in Prineville, OR is currently seeking to add an Adolescent Mental Health Clinician to join their team full-time!

Title: Adolescent Mental Health Clinician
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Mental health
Location: Prineville, OR
Schedule: Flexible 40 hr/wk schedule- option to work 4-10s or 5- 8s with varying in times, may include one weekend day
Pay: $75-$90k Based on experience + benefits to include tuition reimbursement+ $5k sign on bonus and relocation assistance!

The Adolescent Mental Health Clinician duties to include but not be limited to:

• Working with individuals who are struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction
• Provide 30 min, 45 min, 60 min intake / initial therapy sessions
• Provide therapy sessions as assigned
• Assists with provider and clinic networking
• Insure documentation quality, completion, and compliance at all times, as well as monitors timelines, processes, and procedures according to agencies guidelines
• Use clinical judgement in establishing individual treatment plans and interventions as indicated
• Work with residents, families, significant others, and staff to provide support, information and organization for taking a more proactive role in self advocacy to improve the quality of life / care for individual residents

REQUIREMENTS:

• Masters degree in Behavioral Health and professional licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Dual certification in alcohol and drug counseling OR experience in treating substance use disorders and the ability to become a alcohol and drug counselor certified
• COVID vaccination required
