Job description
Duties:
RCIA
- Plan curriculum and class schedule.
- Recruit, train, and/or facilitate RCIA catechists for all classes.
- Manage marketing to promote sign-ups for classes.
- Meet with those interested in becoming Catholic and follow up.
- Send out emails, text reminders of schedules.
- Build relationships with RCIA students.
- Set up, attend, and help facilitate RCIA meetings.
- Plan rites and celebrations.
- Manage all sacrament paperwork
- Stay up to date on RCIA Rites and practices.
Adult Faith Formation
- Create and execute adult faith formation educational opportunities.
- Keep the pastoral team informed of areas of need and concern.
- Other duties as assigned.
