Chick-fil-A Church Street is seeking AFTER SCHOOL / EVENING SHIFT Team Members to join our team for both Front of House and Back of House! *Our Church Street location closes at 8:00 pm, and our evening kitchen shifts typically end around 9:00 Pm (at the end of clean-up).

Your role as a FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER:

• Greeting and Serving guest with our Recipe for Service
• Core 4 (Eye Contact, Smile, Speak Enthusiastically, Stay Connected)
• Second Mile Service
• Ensure guest are served promptly and accurately
• Willingness to learn and be fluid
• Model and support clear communication between all Team Members
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Keep Area stocked and presentable
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures

Your role as a BACK OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER:

• Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager on Duty or Kitchen Supervisor.
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold all food safety standards.
• Operate and maintain grills, fryers, toasters, mixers, slicers, and various other types of food preparation equipment.
• Maintain exemplary cleanliness.
• Wash dishes.
