Dialog Direct, a Qualfon company, is actively hiring Sales Professionals to field inbound calls from our customers. Our Sales Service Representatives will work onsite at our Highland Park, MI location.

Must be able to reliably commute to our Highland Park, MI location - this is an onsite position. Must reside in the state of Michigan.

What you will be doing
  • Handle prospective member enrollment sales calls and work to provide solutions or promotional offers designed to enroll or reinstate the caller as a member
  • Process all member enrollments accurately to ensure a successful customer onboarding experience and accurate reporting
  • Sell consultatively and make recommendations of the various plans which best align to the prospective member’s needs
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities to current and potential members
  • Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in member enrollment in-line with lifetime value expectations
  • Display thorough knowledge client products and competitor products, services and messaging, to position a competitive advantage when selling and reinforcing member’s knowledge on the benefits of our client
  • May be asked to make outreach follow up calls to potential members
  • Represent our client and its services in an accurate, professional, and positive manner
  • Demonstrate a high skill level of relationship building by adhering to defined call flow structure and using needs based selling techniques
  • May mentor new representatives
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor and attitude
What skills you will need
  • GED or High School Diploma required; some college preferred
  • Comfortable working self-managed
  • Minimum one-year previous customer service/sales experience
  • Sales experience strongly preferred
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required
  • Computer knowledge in Windows-based application required
  • Strong ability to communicate articulately and succinctly both verbally and in writing
  • Manages emotions and maintains positive energy
  • Ability to reliably commute to our Highland Park office
  • Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals
