Bring your knowledge & passion to SOPHiA GENETICS as our new Alliance & Programme Management Director.

We have a big and heroic vision to “democratize healthcare outcomes” and it’s made possible by an increasing number of key commercial partnerships, which you will be responsible for driving. You'll join at a pivotal time as we pioneer into become a multimodal and fully integrated data source.

Enjoy collaborating with colleagues internationally with our hybrid work set-up, connected to any of our corporate or satellite locations (Boston & Madison US, Bidart France or Geneva Switzerland) - This is a remote role from the US East Coast, or Western Europe. This role cannot be done remotely from the US West Coast.

Your Mission


Reporting to the VP, Business Development you will be directly responsible for driving our strategic commercial partnerships and leveraging their technology and infrastructure to expand in customer organisations. You will be essential in making our multimodal vision a reality, by bringing together the best in cancer centers from around the world with our strategic partners to ultimately provide better solutions for patients.


Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous development of partnerships through strong project & programme management, with a detailed focused eye on deliverable activity.
  • Own roadmaps and timeframes to ensure ongoing partnership deliverables & objective are met.
  • Own the governance of key strategic relationships including governance committees and working group meetings.
  • Detailed reporting and insight on programme progress to both internal & external stakeholders including board sponsors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Alliance Management with a strong project & programme management focus.
  • Comfortable engaging with audiences from a highly technical background (Software & Technology, Genomics and R&D)
  • Previous experience managing partnerships and alliances in a Life Science or Healthcare environment, with an understanding of privacy and data sensitivity aspects
  • Strong commercial acumen, focused on impact and outcome.
