First Drive Logistics is an Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) seeking highly motivated, reliable, safe delivery drivers to join our team!

Tired of being micromanaged? Looking for independence? We are interviewing individuals who enjoy fast-paced, physical work and who will strive to deliver every package to the customer’s door with professionalism and in a timely manner.

The First Drive team operates 7 days a week out of an Amazon warehouse in Lockbourne, OH, down the road from Rickenbacher Airport. All shifts are 10 hours and start at 10:00am.

–Full-time (4 days) only at this time. 3 days + 1 weekend day!

–First Drive drivers start out at $18.25/ hour and all drivers are eligible for Roll-Up Pay! Work 7 hours and complete your route→ get paid for 10. We offer weekly pay.

–Paid on-the-job, hands-on training is provided so you feel confident delivering and out on the road.

–Performance & safe driving incentives can be earned every week!

***MUST HAVE A GOOD DRIVING RECORD***

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable using a smartphone/apps
• Must be able to complete full route & shift of 10 hours; No partial shifts
• Must be able to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
• Must be able to lift, push, & pull up to 50 lbs very frequently
• Must be able to walk, stand, squat, bend/twist frequently (in & out of van 200+ times daily)
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

JOB EXPECTATIONS:

-Must be able to show up on time for scheduled shift every day

-Must complete pre-trip and post-trip van inspection check-list

-Safely operate company-provided delivery van at all times: before, during, and after completing deliveries

-Navigate delivery route of 190+ stops via GPS on provided smartphone/ Use delivery app

-Must be comfortable driving and delivering in all weather conditions (rain, heat, snow, ect.)

-Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.

-Able to get in and out of van up to 200 times a day

-Complete full route daily in a timely manner

-Fuel up delivery van at designated gas stations at end of shift
