First Drive Logistics, an Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) is seeking highly motivated, reliable, safe delivery drivers to join our team!

*Must be 21 years of age to deliver*

*NO CDL Required*

Tired of being micromanaged? Looking for independence? We are looking for individuals who enjoy fast-paced, physical work and who will strive to deliver every package to the customer’s door with professionalism and in a timely manner. We operate 7 days a week out of an Amazon warehouse in Lockbourne, OH, down the road from Rickenbacker Airport.

–First Drive drivers start out at $18.25/ hour and all drivers are eligible for Roll-Up Pay! Work 7 hours and complete your route→ get paid for 10. We offer weekly pay.

–Performance & safe driving bonuses can be earned every week!

***MUST HAVE A GOOD DRIVING RECORD***

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be comfortable using a smartphone/apps
• Must be able to complete full route & shift of 10 hours; No partial shifts
• Must be able to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
• Must be able to lift, push & pull up to 50 lbs very frequently
• Must be able to walk, stand, squat, bend/twist frequently (in & out of van 200+ times daily)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work within the US
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

JOB EXPECTATIONS:

• Must complete pre-trip and post trip van inspection check-list
• Safely operate company-provided delivery van at all times: before, during, and after completing deliveries
• Navigate delivery route of 190+ stops via GPS on provided smartphone/Use delivery app
• Must be comfortable driving and delivering in all weather conditions (rain, heat, snow, ect.)
• Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of Van up to 200 times a day
• Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Fuel up delivery van at designated gas stations at end of shift
