The Analyst, Campaign Operations gathers, reviews, and organizes client data for the development and delivery of marketing campaigns on behalf of our financial institutions. This role will work with Sales and other members of the Consumer Marketing team to inform campaign designs and measure and report on their effectiveness. The analyst will look for ways to optimize campaign management workflow, create efficiencies, and ensure delivery of quality, on target, marketing campaigns.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build and deliver highly targeted marketing campaigns, emails, retention/reactivation programs, and customer success communications.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaign input via list segmentation, set-up, testing, reporting and optimization.
- Collect and organize all client data for campaign projects, work with department partners to acquire additional documentation as needed
- Ensure email messages are properly constructed to adhere to industry best practices, deliverability, mobile rendering, open rates, etc.
- Proof all versions of campaigns to ensure accuracy, correct verbiage, and alignment to campaign goals.
- Report on results and provide insights and recommendations to the marketing organization.
- Create scalable processes in campaign setup, conversion, and database management.
- Troubleshoot campaigns, email deliverability, process workflow and reporting issues to determine root cause and assist with the coordination of resolutions.
- Perform research and respond to questions posed by internal and external clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Specifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred.
- One (1) year of experience in marketing, project coordination, data analysis, or working within a financial institution required.
- Experience with Campaign Automation Software preferred.
- Experience using SAS, SPSS or other data mining/database marketing software preferred.
Pay Equity
PSCU is committed to pay equity and a competitive benefits package. The hiring amount for this position based on relevant experience and internal equity; the pay range is:
$46,700.00
to
$74,700.00
- Note: The amount shown is based on full time annual salary and would be prorated based on role.
In addition this position is eligible for an incentive plan, based on performance.
