DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Payor Contract Analyst to join the Contract Modeling division of our Rules and Contracts team. This team is primarily responsible for developing contract models in Cloudmed’s new proprietary contract modeling engine, CloudmedAI. As a Payor Contract Analyst on the Contract Modeling team, you will develop expertise in payor contract structures and contract modeling, resolve continuous improvement requests from project teams, and submit feedback for the contract modeling engine.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and interpret payor contracts to identify all relevant information influencing reimbursement rates and terms
• Model commercial contracts and execute pricing in CloudmedAI
• Analyze contract modeling engine results to validate reimbursement rates and terms have been built/loaded and configured correctly relative to client data and other system inputs
• Develop deep expertise in payor contract modeling
• Maintain strong lines of communication with project teams, responding to feedback and requests for system maintenance
• Submit feedback/analysis for the contract modeling engine
• Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience or 2+ years’ experience with data analytics
• Passion to cultivate a career in healthcare
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Experience analyzing data in Excel or PowerBI, SQL query writing experience preferred but not required
• Self-starter who is eager to learn, and can work both independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented, with demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment with internal stakeholders
• Ability to build trust and confidence with internal clients through effective interaction, training, and collaboration.
