We are currently seeking an Analyst, Sales Operations & Pricing to support our pharmacy operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partnering with the Commercial Operations Team to develop and support key performance indicators;
- Building and maintaining commercial databases - including data mastering and relational datasets;
- Assisting in the creation, design, implementation and reporting of commercial data via Salesforce.com (e.g., Win/Loss/Renewal Reporting);
- Supporting sales territory assessment/alignment data;
- Support and play a lead role in the annual pricing action process in collaboration with key stake holders;
- Collaborate with Finance to support financial forecasting;
- Request for Proposal (RFP) process and analysis support;
- Apply analytical problem solving to real world, commercial situations;
- Lead a database build and launch internal implementation of Addressable Market Data;
- Manage, prioritize and lead numerous projects simultaneously;
- Responsible for pulling together insights from a variety of sources and to develop strategic guidance for brand teams that result in a business decision or action;
- Manage and administer monthly and quarterly analysis and board deck preparation which includes comparison from the previous year’s budget;
- Investigate and examine variables relating to the operation of Commercial & Pharmacy business units, product utilization and customer base and determine budgeting practices and procedures;
- Work with pharmacy managers to introduce budgeting and accounting procedure and to understand unique circumstances impacting budget process; compile all budgets into overall corporate budget;
- Communicate budget compliance expectations across Commercial Operations and Pharmacy Operations and assist with explanations regarding budget variances;
- Lead special projects involving proforma analysis, forecasting and modeling to project expected outcomes under varying conditions and prepare related reports reporting on results;
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
- Strong business and marketing acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills; consultative background preferred;
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required;
- Demonstrated ability to cope well with change, risk, and uncertainty (ambiguity) and act decidedly with incomplete or imperfect information;
- Demonstrated ability to influence laterally and vertically; ability to influence without authority, motivate teams, and maintain high levels of respect for and from peers;
- Must be able to successfully pass company’s background check and pre-employment drug test;
- Ability to operate a vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license also required;
- High Proficiency to Mastery of Salesforce.com;
- Proficiency in PowerBi or Tableau;
- Ability to gain consensus and act within a matrix team environment; ability to work in a collaborative and influencing fashion that drives to business action;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Working knowledge of relational databases;
