Job Summary
The Analyst User Experience is responsible for conducting research of intermediate complexity on existing processes or systems, hardware deployment, and desired objectives to improve the user and patient experience. This position examines, in detail, existing manual and automated processes, systems logic, documentation and training requirements, and the capacities and limitations of existing, or proposed hardware in order to develop effective solutions that contribute to organizational goals. The role will execute on projects as a liaison among business operations, technology groups, clients, business partners and vendors.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze areas of opportunity via workflow analyses and facilitated discussions with users
- Translate assigned aspects of users' business requirements into detailed functional designs for development, testing and implementation or may document, research, develop user stories, use cases/test cases and acceptance criteria
- Identify and communicate risks and issues impacting business rules, functional requirements and specifications to appropriate leadership
- Participate in managing the scope of applications and related changes; support the evaluation of the feasibility, effort and costs to implement requirements
- May support the development and execution of CSG, CSG IVB, Parcel Shield, bot activities, etc.
- Assist with creating training materials and may assist with user orientation and training
- Interact with team members and peers, both internally and externally, to provide semi-routine information related to assigned tasks
- Review patient-user interactions for trends and potential opportunities for improvement/enhancement in the user experience
- May support the development of and execution of user notification strategy
- Other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictate

Occasionally (0-33% of time OR 1-3 hours) required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Graphic Design, IT or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
2 years’ work experience in business analysis
Additional Qualifications
Experience in analytics and problem solving, querying large databases and financial analysis
Ability to identify operational issues and recommend and implement strategies to resolve problems
Experience with building, supporting and executing notification strategy and applicable reporting
Experience collaborating with internal resources, and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines
Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates
Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
Willing to travel up to 10% of time for business purposes
Preferred Qualifications
Retail pharmacy and/or central pharmacy operations experience
Experience in programming in Visual Basic, HTML, HTML5, CSS, ASPNet, AJAX, jQuery, Javascript, Visual Studio, IIS7, and Microsoft SQL Server to design and create web analytics tools to drive operational performance
Experience with project management (planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
