We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to work an evening shift
5pm (CT) to 1:30 am (CT)
This individual will be assigned to work on the MFLC program. The MFLC program provides critical support services to all active duty military services members and their families at all military installations CONUS and OCONUS to enhance and maintain military and family readiness. The program supports over 2500 personnel.
Job Description:
The Military Family Life Counseling Program (MFLC) is seeking an Application Support Specialist. This position will have responsibility for supporting counselor and program operations for the program. This position will play a role in the customer end user support and training staff. This position will also have responsibilities for working with a variety of applications which may include but are not limited to: SharePoint, MS Office, the MFLC Custom Web Application.
Responsibilities:
- Providing systems training to staff and customers
- Detail orientated
- Self-motivated
- Tier 2-3 customer support role
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- BS degree and 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience or 6 - 8 years of prior relevant experience.
- Proven successful experience customer support
- Proficiency with data management principles.
- Proficiency developing processes and procedures for program support and training.
- Experience working with diverse functional departments to achieve desired technical system to support end user operations.
- Experience working with diverse user community and find success with all levels of user experience
- Ability to work an evening shift
Pay Range:
Pay Range $52,650.00 - $81,000.00 - $109,350.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
