Vale Group has partnered with a company in the residential construction industry, based in Matawan, NJ, who is actively searching for an experienced Architectural Associate to work in a hybrid opportunity offering between $26-34/hour based on experience. This exciting role requires a professional with at least 2+ years of residential experience, such as single-family homes and townhomes, to work 2 days remotely and 3 days on-site.

Requirements of the Architectural Associate:
- 2+ years of residential experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (highly preferred)
- Highly proficient with AutoCAD
- At least 2 or more pieces of sample work available upon request
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
Responsibilities of the Architectural Associate:
- Assist with the design and development of residential projects, such as single-family homes and townhomes
- Prepare architectural drawings and documents using AutoCAD
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
- Contribute to the overall design process, including design development, construction documentation, and project management
- Support as needed
