Stretch your strategic and creative prowess beyond rooms revenue into optimization of total revenue management for River Terrace Inn in Napa Valley and the stunning Gateway Canyons Resort in Colorado.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take ownership of Total Revenue Optimization for River Terrace Inn and Gateway Canyons Resort.
  • Drive all facets of the revenue management discipline from rates, online distribution, and inventory management to forecasting, budgeting and everything in between.
  • Be an integral leader on the Executive and Management teams at two amazing assets.
  • Be the strategic leader and also become the systems guru for managing rooms distribution.
  • Host collaborative team calls for each property to propel the asset’s goals into the future.
  • Walk the talk, lead by example and be a part of two energetic and fun teams!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business, Statistics, Finance, or a relevant field of work preferred.
  • Previous senior leadership experience within hospitality revenue management.
  • Independent Hotel experience preferred.
  • Experience with people management and mentorship preferred.
  • Duetto, SynXis, Springer Miller or Resort Suite experience preferred but not required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • A drive for success required.
