Position: Assistant Clinical Research Specialist -I
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

• The role of Manager Outcomes Research Strategic Delivery, will report to the Headquarters therapeutic area Director.
• OR team strategic alignment in research partnerships through contracting support, budget

management, and communication requests from Operations regarding Health Economics and Outcomes Research:

• Assess Outcomes Research Needs partnership contract support, pull through contracting with various internal stakeholders.
• Work with Procurement, ORD quality and finance to support OR researchers and OR Data Analytics team.
• Generate metrics from multiple requests in Medical Affairs. Collect and collate required elements and produce communication materials such as slides, tables and figures as needed.
• Manage the invoicing milestones and projections on contracts with numerous OR Researchers and OR Data Analytics team within the department.
• Partner and engage with appropriate internal stakeholders for support of Outcomes Research activities
• Effectively communicate engage with relevant audiences (scientific, patients, practitioners, payers, and other stakeholders) to complete payment milestones of outcomes research studies and health economic models.
• Create onboarding documentation and help with employee onboarding process.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to provide the support for Outcomes Research.

Quals-

• Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in business or similar
• At least 1-3 years of operations support in Pharma or similar background
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve, critical thinking skills.
