Job description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting in overseeing and organizing the operations of an established well, plumbing, and commercial products distribution branch. The position will focus on supply chain management; keeping inventory up to date and resolving issues. The duties of the Assistant Manager are to make sure our stores operate effectively, and that we keep our customers happy.

• Supervise team of drivers and warehouse personnel
• Develop good customer relationships.
• Participate in recruitment processes.
• Address employee and customer concerns.
• Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
• Provide direction to staff.
• Coordinate daily customer service operations.
• Monitor/maintain store inventory.
• Train, coach & support new and existing employees.

The schedule is Monday - Friday & dayshift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
