Job Description: Assistant Manager

Reporting to: Director

The purpose of an Assistant Manager is to make sure the company is following the rules and policies of the Business. The AM should oversee the company and conduct assessments to ensure that the clients care needs are being met according to their individualized care plan. The Assistant Manager provide team member direction, service planning, and coordination of care to meet the clients changing needs.

Assistant Manager Position Duties and Responsibilities:

This position consist of being in charge of the daily operations this may include:

• Verify employee schedules

• Hiring and Training employees

• Completing new hire paperwork for attendants

Filing and organizing Ensure new hires understand their role and duties Conduct employee performance reviews Address employee client concerns

Handling phone calls ( escalation complaints and problems)

• Able to cover shifts when needed

Assist with recommendations and client referrals Develop and implement marketing plans Communicate with the Director on a regular basis Promote ongoing education and mentoring

Performing home visits

• PROMOTING THE COMPANY TO HELP WITH GROWTH

Qualifications:

. Must have a high school Diploma

• Must be at least 21 years old

Must have a car/ Insurance

• Able to pass all background checks

• Some computer skills

Preferably Home Health care or Manager experience

Must have good customer service/ Interpersonal skills Strong Communication/ Leadership skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Ability to plan and organize Decision-making and problem solving abilities Able to multi task and follow directions Dependable & Trustworthy Having Empathy Flexible schedule Willingly to Learn.

Schedule:

• Monday- Wednesday- Friday 10am-3pm

• Part-time

Compensation:

• Willing to compensate per the clientele and performance
• Based on experience $ 13- $15

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
