We are looking for a dedicated and fun assistant teacher with passion for early childhood education to join our rapidly growing team! Teachers who succeed here communicate well with other teachers and administrators, care deeply about the development of the children, and have a growth mindset.

As the assistant teacher, you will help the lead teacher prepare learning activities and transition children from one activity to the next. Assistant teachers will learn to carry-out lesson plans that have already been prepared and take charge of the classroom when the lead teacher is not present.

Professional development opportunities such as CPR & First Aid Training and seminars are offered as ways for our teachers to grow and learn new skills. We are a non-corporate center that promotes a flexible, team-oriented, and dedicated work environment.

Requirements:

- Must have open availability and able to work 20-40 hours per week

- Have reliable transportation.

- Be be able to start work at 6:45AM OR end work at 6:45PM

- Able to pass a background check, including fingerprinting.
