JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for maintaining the highest customer service standards in the Restaurant and Bar. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will ensure all aspects of the restaurant are operating in accordance to established policies and procedures to include cash control, menu pricing, property promotions, alcoholic beverage menus, and overall housekeeping and maintenance respective areas of responsibility. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will ensure that all aspects of customer service are successfully executed in order to maintain a loyal following amongst guests, thus increasing business and furthering the restaurant's reputation of providing a quality experience.

Requires valid Alcohol Certified Server Training Program and Food Handler Certification upon date of hire.
